MISSION: To execute and manage the HR function in your hotel according to the competencies of your position and following the company’s policies, processes and tools in the area of ​​people management, and always with a focus on ensuring a good experience for employees and candidates during the different phases of the employee cycle.

FUNCTIONS

• Attend to business unit staff regarding requests for information or other requirements (associations, master, ETTS…).
• Provide personalized attention to HoD or collaborators (concerns, doubts, delivery of letters of recommendation, references, coaching, company information…)
• Organize and coordinate the measurement of the work climate, communication of the results to all staff and the implementation/monitoring of action plans.
• Monitor the performance evaluation process of your team and support employees in the use of the tools and in their training.
• Hold one-on-one conversations to get to know the teams, gather feedback, gather aspirations, address conflicts, identify areas of need, discuss concerns, etc.
• Conduct constant monitoring of hotel staff to understand their performance level, training needs, skills development, areas for improvement, and possible changes in roles/promotions.
• Together with the DO, he guides and advises the HODs in the management of their teams.
• Support the hierarchical superior in the execution of dismissals in the operational and PPBB management positions.
• It reports on and updates market trends and benchmarks other companies in the compset.
• He is familiar with national labor legislation and applies the Collective Bargaining Agreement of his province/country as applicable. He relies on HR/external law firm for daily labor-related inquiries from employees in case of doubt.
• Conduct investigations into labor disputes between employees according to local legislation and following HR guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of hotel operations. Knowledge of both soft and hard HR areas (recruitment and selection, development and training, labor relations, work environment, employer and personal branding). Knowledge of SuccessFactors, MyPlace, or SAP is a plus. Knowledge of job platforms (LinkedIn, Infojobs, or those applicable to each country) is a plus. Experience with works councils. Global and financial strategic vision, budget management, and monitoring of budget compliance. Team management and leadership skills. Project implementation skills.
