Job Mission: Support the HR Manager according to the competencies of the position and following the company’s policies, processes and tools in the area of ​​people management, and always with a focus on ensuring a good experience for employees and candidates during the different phases of the employee cycle.  

What will you have to do?

• Support to the HR Manager in the daily management of the Human Resources area.
• Personnel administration: new hires, terminations, contract modifications, absences, documentation and payroll supplements.
• Selection process management: posting vacancies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Coordination and monitoring of student interns.
• Support in the processes of onboarding, training and talent development.
• Monitoring of mandatory training, development plans and HR KPIs.
• Participation in actions related to work climate, internal communication, engagement and team well-being.
• Support in Employer Branding actions and relationship with schools and training centers.
• Support in the management of Occupational Risk Prevention and coordination of preventive documentation.
• Support and advice to collaborators and department heads.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law or similar, preferably with specialization in HR or training oriented towards Tourism or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English.
• Creativity and people skills.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and Human Resources management.
• Experience in the hotel sector and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors are a plus.
• Organized, decisive person with prioritization skills, communication, negotiation and people orientation.
