The Commis 2 supports the kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking, ensuring ingredients, dishes, and workstations meet the required quality and presentation standards. Works closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef while maintaining Anantara’s food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
