About the role
The Security Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day security force of the resort to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, supporting workplace safety, life/fire safety systems, and preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will do
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Assist the Director of Security with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates: their property, hotel property, building and grounds. Enforce hotel rules, regulations, and policies as well as the department’s rules, policies and standards.
-Supervise the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. Oversee the security office, phone monitoring, CCTV monitoring, vendor/solicitor/visitor access, Salto key control, manage lost and found process, assign master keys and radio/phone to coworkers. https://careers.fourseasons.com/us/en/job/REQ10395195/Security-Supervisor
