As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee the day to day operation of Pastore, our signature modern Italian restaurant, and Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, ensuring each experience reflects the luxury standards of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery.
You are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, building engaged teams, and driving a culture of excellence, warmth, and attention to detail. You understand that luxury hospitality is about more than service. It is about creating genuine moments of connection that leave a lasting impression.
This is also an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality leader looking to take the next step in their career.
