The Executive, Marketing Communications develops and leads communications strategies for assigned revenue streams and lifestyle-led portfolios across Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. This role has a strong focus on campaign management, public relations, media relations, content development, influencer engagement, media planning, partnerships, F&B storytelling, spa and lifestyle campaigns, while supporting broader hotel, brand and corporate initiatives. The role supports the Director of Marketing Communications in managing campaign execution, agency coordination, media hosting and team workflow.

COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA PLANNING

• Formulate communications and media calendars for assigned portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate execution of initiatives with relevant business units and stakeholders.
• Develop Public Relations angles, media materials, influencer briefs and content narratives that generate positive and relevant coverage across local, regional and international channels.
• Develop media plan for campaigns and dedicated business units for brand positioning and/or to meet campaign objectives
• Review communications materials including press releases, media pitches, social copy, sales decks, in-house collaterals, ad copy and campaign assets to ensure accuracy, tonality and brand alignment.
• Lead assigned awards submissions, canvassing of votes or nominations, and post-award amplification with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify partnership opportunities with lifestyle, luxury, F&B, wellness, cultural and corporate brands to create differentiated guest experiences.
