Portfolio Management’s mission is to optimize and maximize the profitability of the group’s real estate assets, both hotel and non-hotel, at a national and international level. This includes asset management and divestment, identifying new opportunities, and entering into framework agreements or joint ventures.
The selected person will join with a progressive training plan that covers all areas of the department: from document management and the corporate data room to direct participation in purchase and sale operations, due diligence and urban planning and registration monitoring of assets.
Main functions
– Maintenance and updating of the corporate asset data room (legal documentation, licenses, registration, technical)
– Support in purchase and sale transactions of non-hotel assets: land, premises, offices
– Participation in due diligence processes and transaction follow -up
– Document management of contracts and the department’s database
– Market research and commercial asset profiles
– Monitoring of urban planning and registration issues
– Support in identifying opportunities for staff accommodation in hotels
What are we looking for?
– Degree in Business Administration, Law, Architecture, Engineering or similar
– 1-3 years of experience in real estate, real estate consulting, management or similar
– Analytical skills and attention to detail
– Intermediate level of English (international environment)
– Proficiency in Excel and document management/AI tools
– Eagerness to learn and grow in a large corporate environment
