Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee all Engineering and Maintenance operations, leading a team of two Duty Technicians.
You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s infrastructure, implementing preventative maintenance strategies, improving energy efficiency, managing contractors and ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and fire safety requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, effective communication and a commitment to operational excellence.
