Talent Acquisition Analyst

Perform the Talent Acquisition function in hotels according to the competencies of your position and following the company’s policies, processes and tools, always focusing on ensuring a good experience for employees and candidates.

What will you have to do?

• Support the recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive experience for each candidate.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, helping to strengthen the employer brand across different channels.
• Collaborate in the management of databases, interviews, and selection reports.
• Contribute to events, job fairs, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Ensure the correct internal and external communication of Meliá’s values.

What are we looking for?

• Training in Psychology, Administration, HR or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in mass recruitment, selection, or employer branding.
• Experience in the hotel industry preferred.
• Communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate level.
• An organized person with the ability to work under pressure is required.
