We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Giza, Egypt. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead, motivate, and develop dedicated housekeeping teams while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff activities, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal team productivity and service delivery
• Organize and oversee the cleaning of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with organizational standards, quality benchmarks, and property-level requirements
• Establish and implement standardized work processes, cleaning protocols, and operational procedures to maintain consistency across all areas while driving continuous improvement
• Conduct regular quality inspections of housekeeping work, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain high cleanliness standards across all facilities
• Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring continuous guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and responsiveness to feedback
• Collaborate effectively with department heads, front desk personnel, and management teams to address guest concerns and coordinate interdepartmental initiatives
• Manage inventory of housekeeping equipment, supplies, and materials; monitor stock levels, place orders, and optimize resource utilization
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for housekeeping staff; conduct onboarding and training programs to ensure competency and alignment with organizational standards
• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and optimize labor costs while maintaining service quality
• Coordinate with laundry services and external vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget; analyze labor and material costs to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, workplace safety regulations, and proper chemical handling procedures across all operations
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve departmental goals
