Accommodation Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Parallel Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and service-oriented Accommodation Manager to oversee our accommodation operations and support our teams on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with hotel management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the accommodation department and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Your main duties will include:

Team Management: Supervise, support and motivate the front office and housekeeping teams.
Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day accommodation activities and ensure effective coordination between departments.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of service, respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
Quality Control: Monitor room cleanliness and the quality of public areas, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
