The Role
The Commis – Chinese Kitchen is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Chinese cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety. The role supports the efficient operation of the Chinese Kitchen by ensuring ingredients are properly prepared, cooking stations are maintained, and dishes are produced consistently according to established recipes and standards.
