Position Summary

The Style Supervisor (Housekeeping) plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Reporting to the Style Manager, this position oversees daily housekeeping operations, supports team development, and ensures exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and brand standards are consistently achieved.
• Update room status information accurately in OPERA and support efficient room allocation.
• Prioritise room cleaning activities to maximise operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Style (Housekeeping) department.
• Support, coach, and lead housekeeping associates while serving as a role model within the team.
• Train Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Porters to become experts in their roles.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure guest requests and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Act as a W Brand Ambassador, bringing the brand’s personality and service culture to life in every interaction.
