Position Summary

The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet Marriott’s cleanliness and quality standards. This position supports the daily operation of the Housekeeping department, coordinates with multiple hotel teams, and provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to housekeeping associates while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools, fitness facilities, offices, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Verify room status, identify discrepancies, prioritise cleaning schedules, and update room status information accurately.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate room assignments and operational updates to housekeeping associates.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service concerns using brand service recovery processes.
