What You’ll Do

• Supervise the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Create a positive and productive working environment by coaching, supporting, and guiding team members.
• Ensure high levels of guest service are consistently achieved and maintained.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu selections, food preparation methods, allergens, and dietary requirements.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team regarding special requests, dietary requirements, allergies, wait times, and product availability.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards of work areas, china, glassware, and silverware are maintained.
• Present accurate guest checks and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, reporting incidents where necessary.
• Support departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
