O Subchefe de Cozinha será responsável por apoiar o Chefe de Cozinha na gestão da operação, supervisionando a equipe, acompanhando o preparo e a apresentação dos pratos e garantindo a qualidade dos alimentos. Atuará na organização das atividades, no controle de estoque e insumos, no cumprimento das normas de higiene e segurança alimentar e na redução de desperdícios. Também contribuirá para o desenvolvimento da equipe, a eficiência operacional e a satisfação dos clientes, seguindo os padrões de qualidade e a Cultura de Serviços Accor.
