Description:

• Actively guide and direct the team to ensure service delivery is at its best and established standards of operation are met.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in an Italian or European cuisine kitchen.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Italian cooking techniques ingredients
• and cooking processes.
• Experience in preparing and cooking Italian dishes such as pasta pizza risotto sauces and main courses according to established standards.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards.
  Ability to manage the assigned Italian kitchen section and maintain food quality control.
• Ability to supervise guide and train junior kitchen team members (Commis).
• Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain food standards taste and presentation quality.
• Responsible disciplined and able to work independently.
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
