Gestione del Team: Selezionare, formare e motivare il personale di sala (e coordinarsi con lo Chef di cucina); creare i turni di lavoro ottimizzando la produttività.
Presenza e supporto al servizio: Supervisionare e partecipare attivamente al servizio di sala, garantendo che gli standard del locale siano rispettati anche nei momenti di massima affluenza.
Esperienza del Cliente: Garantire standard di servizio elevati, accogliere gli ospiti e gestire con diplomazia eventuali reclami o criticità.
Controllo Economico: Monitorare il budget, analizzare i KPI di vendita, controllare il Food & Beverage cost e gestire i rapporti con i fornitori.
Standard e normative: Assicurare il rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e della sicurezza sul lavoro.
Esperienza: nello stesso ruolo in contesti [es. ristoranti ad alto volume / fine dining / catene alberghiere].
Leadership: Comprovata capacità di guidare, unire e far crescere un team di lavoro.
Competenze economiche: Forte orientamento ai numeri, capacità di lettura del conto economico (P&L) e gestione dei costi.
Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e dell’inglese
Flessibilità: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi.
