Description:

    • We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director, F&B Marketing to lead marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand engagement across our portfolio of hotel restaurants, specialty dining outlets and banqueting operations.
    • This role will play a key part in developing ONYX Dining, driving integrated marketing initiatives and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • •Develop and execute F&B marketing strategies and annual plans to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and repeat business across the portfolio.
    • •Lead integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and new restaurant launches to increase customer traffic, reservations and revenue.
    • •Drive ONYX Dining marketing initiatives, cross-outlet promotions, customer engagement and loyalty programmes.
    • •Oversee digital marketing, social media and performance-driven campaigns to maximise customer conversion and marketing effectiveness.
    • •Develop strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, media relations and influencer marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
    • •Collaborate with F&B Operations, Commercial, Brand and hotel teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards.
    • •Manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign performance and optimise return on marketing investment.
    •Lead and develop the F&B Marketing team, driving collaboration, innovation and commercial performance.

Qualifications:

    • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • • Extensive experience in hospitality, restaurant or lifestyle marketing, including senior leadership responsibilities within a multi-outlet or multi-brand environment.
    • •Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable revenue growth and customer acquisition.
    • •Strong understanding of F&B operations, digital marketing, customer engagement, partnerships and promotional effectiveness.
    • •Excellent analytical, strategic planning, budget management and stakeholder management skills.
    •Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of written and spoken English.
