Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred., Minimum of 1–3 years of experience working in an Italian or European cuisine kitchen., Knowledge of preparing pasta pizza risotto and basic Italian sauces., Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards (Food Safety/HACCP)., Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues., Ability to work efficiently under pressure., Detail-oriented punctual and responsible., Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays., Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
