Guest Service Agentは宿泊部フロントオフィスのチームに所属し、ホテル最上階３８階のフロントにてご宿泊されるお客様のチェックイン・チェックアウトを行い、お客様が快適にホテルでお過ごし頂けるよう様々なリクエストにもご対応頂きます。
