Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un(e) 1er Chef de Partie H/F
• Vous serez le pilier entre l’équipe, le Second de cuisine et le Chef exécutif
• Vous contribuerez au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production
• Vous serez responsable du secteur chaud et froid de la cuisine et en assurerez l’organisation, la coordination et le service
• Vous assurerez de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques dans le respect des normes HACCP
• Vous encadrerez et accompagnerez les chefs de partie, les 1/2 Chef de Partie, Chefs de Partie et les Commis de cuisine
Vous avez une expérience sur un poste similaire. L’application et le respect des normes HACCP font partie de votre routine.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur.
Votre leadership vous permet de fédérer et d’accompagner une équipe.
