- Estar cursando ou ser formado em Gastronomia ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência anterior na função;
- Auxiliar no preparo e montagem do buffet de café da manhã;
- Atuar na praça de garde manger, colaborando no preparo de saladas, molhos, entradas e pratos frios;
- Realizar mise en place diário, mantendo agilidade, organização e padronização;
- Zelar pela higiene, conservação e segurança dos alimentos, seguindo boas práticas;
- Apoiar os demais cozinheiros conforme demanda da operação;
- Domínio de técnicas básicas de cocção e manipulação de alimentos;
- Habilidade com corte e montagem de frutas e saladas;
- Disponibilidade de horário;
- Perfil organizado, atento aos detalhes, com boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalho em equipe;
- Experiência em cozinha à la carte;
- Vivência em cozinha de grande porte será um diferencial.
