• Taking full Responsibility for month-end closing.
• Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly.
• Preparing all journal vouchers for month-end closing.
• Preparing monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.
• Approving various city ledger transactions before posting
• Approving payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment.
• Providing input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office.
• Preparation of Monthly balance sheet reconciliation & Bank reconciliation
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.

• Full or partly qualified in ACCA, CIMA or recognized accounting professional bodies.
• More than two years working experience in hotel industries.
• Managing skills to run a department
• Decision making and resolving day to day issues
• Professional on excel works
• Experience in SAP accounting system
