Accounts Receivable

• Assist in the administration of Accounts Receivable activities.
• Maintain guest ledger, city ledger and staff debtor accounts.
• Issue invoices, statements and supporting documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow up outstanding balances and support collection efforts.
• Prepare ageing reports and account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities related to AR.

General Cashier

• Perform daily cash counts and cash reconciliations.
• Receive and verify cash collections from operating departments.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain cash records.
• Reconcile cash collections with POS and Income Audit reports.
• Investigate and report cash variances promptly.
• Maintain compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Support cash audits and spot checks.

Accounting & Financial Controls

• Prepare journal entries as assigned.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records and supporting schedules.
• Support internal, external and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assist with finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of information and company records.
• Support departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Financial controller/Financial controller
