Wat ga jij doen als Administratief Medewerker bij ibis Antwerpen Centrum?
Bij ibis Antwerpen Centrum draait alles om gastvrijheid – en jij bent de onzichtbare motor die zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op wieltjes loopt.
Terwijl onze gasten genieten van hun verblijf, zorg jij ervoor dat de administratie klopt tot in de puntjes.
Je combineert cijfers, mensen en organisatie in één boeiende job:
✨ Jij bent de spin in het web – je zorgt dat betalingen correct verlopen, volgt facturen op en houdt het overzicht over crediteuren en debiteuren.
✨ Je ondersteunt de directie met heldere rapportages en helpt mee aan een vlotte maandafsluiting.
✨ Je beheert HR en payroll van A tot Z – van contract tot loonbrief, altijd met zorg en discretie.
✨ Je bewaakt de kosten en denkt mee over efficiënte oplossingen en verbeteringen.
Met jouw organisatietalent en oog voor detail geef jij structuur aan de dag, rust aan het team en vertrouwen aan het management.
Kortom: jij bent onze administratieve rots in de branding – en een onmisbare schakel in het succes van ons hotel! Je zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
🎓 Wie jij bent
✅ Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, met kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en basisboekhouding.
✅ Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk.
✅ Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Ervaring met Opera Cloud is een plus!
✅ Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
✅ Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels – Frans is een mooie extra troef.
✅ Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en betrouwbaar.
✅ Je bent een echte teamspeler met een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.
