BJECTIF DU POSTE :
L’agent de sécurité a pour fonction d’assurer la sécurité globale de l’établissement, et reporte à l’Assistant Manager Sécurité et au Directeur de la sécurité.
L’agent de sécurité est capable de mener à bien plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide, et est proactif, créatif et aime travailler en équipe.
L’agent de sécurité maîtrise l’outil informatique, les moyens de télésurveillance et des systèmes physiques de protection des biens et des personnes.
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :
Maintenir une présence permanente au poste de sécurité (jour et nuit si nécessaire).
Suivre et faire respecter les règles de sécurité concernant les personnes et les biens dans l’établissement.
Intervenir en fonction des instructions reçues.
S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des équipements de protection contre l’incendie en effectuant des rondes d’inspection.
Organiser des rondes pour prévenir et détecter les risques d’incendie, y compris dans les locaux inoccupés (nuit).
Faire respecter les consignes d’incendie et diriger les secours jusqu’à l’arrivée des pompiers.
Assister les employés et les clients victimes d’un accident ou de tout autre problème médical jusqu’à l’arrivée des services d’urgence.
Veiller à ce que les sorties et les accès de l’hôtel soient dégagés de jour comme de nuit.
Empêcher, par sa présence, l’entrée d’éléments indésirables susceptibles de perturber l’activité de l’hôtel et limiter les risques de vol ou de dégradation par une présence attentive.
