Acerca del rol

Es responsable de gestionar todas las comunicaciones entrantes y salientes del hotel, garantizando un servicio excepcional, eficiente y personalizado. Su labor fundamental es asegurar respuestas oportunas, información precisa y coordinación efectiva con otros departamentos. Debe mantener un tono cálido, profesional y discreto en cada interacción, actuando como el primer punto de contacto y reflejando los valores de nuestra propiedad.

 

Lo que vas a hacer:

  • Responder todas las llamadas entrantes de manera inmediata y profesional, asegurando un servicio personalizado acorde con los estándares de la propiedad.
  • Manejar llamadas internas y externas con eficiencia, transmitiendo información clara y precisa a los departamentos correspondientes.
  • Anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes, proporcionando información detallada sobre el hotel, sus servicios y la ciudad.
  • Personalizar las interacciones según el perfil y preferencias del huésped, manteniendo un tono cálido y profesional, siguiendo estándares Forbes y LQA.
  • Actuar como enlace clave entre los huéspedes y los distintos departamentos del hotel, garantizando comunicación precisa frente a solicitudes especiales o VIP.
  • Documentar y dar seguimiento a todas las solicitudes en el sistema, asegurando tiempos de respuesta ágiles y efectivos.
  • Proteger la seguridad y privacidad de los huéspedes, manteniendo la confidencialidad de la información en todo momento.
