• Welcome and assist hotel guests at Siem Reap International Airport with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transportation arrangements.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Liaise closely with the Concierge, Butler, Front Office, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to relevant departments.
• Assist VIP guests and special arrivals according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of guest service at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a strong service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Siem Reap and local attractions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
