É responsável por preparar os alimentos, utilizando técnicas adequadas de culinária, sob orientação do seu superior; Armazenar e controlar a validade dos alimentos; Cuidar da limpeza e organização dos refrigeradores; Proceder adequadamente na manipulação de alimentos a fim de evitar contaminações; Reportar imediatamente ao seu superior qualquer quebra de material ou defeito de equipamento; Informar imediatamente ao seu superior as necessidades e ocorrências importantes do departamento; Utilizar adequadamente utensílios e equipamentos, zelando por sua conservação; Verificar diariamente o quadro de avisos do setor; Controlar e cumprir com a campanha de economia de energia e água e a campanha de reciclagem;
