Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leadership role encompasses managing preventive and corrective maintenance, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, handling departmental budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
