The Opportunity:

Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for an Assistant Director of Engineering. A motivated individual who can provide support to our engineering leadership team. You will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering and Project Manager with leading a team with passion, that provides service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

• Have an eye for detail and organization
• As a diverse team, the more languages you speak the better!
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Licensing in the following; Mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration CFC License.
• First Class Engineers License-D.C.
• Skilled in proper and safe use of all Engineering equipment, tools, products, & materials
• Strong guest service skills and an effective problem solver.
• Computer skills e.g. word processing, PM programs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wire and schematic diagrams.
• Working knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations along with all OSHA standards.
