Key Qualifications:
5 years hands on building maintenance experience.
2 years manager background with hands on building background.
Ability to successfully diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues independently.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting deadlines.
Must be highly organized, team‑oriented, and able to work seamlessly with senior leadership.
Shift Pattern: Varied – AM PM Overnight
Salary Range: $89,000 – $100,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
