The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for an Assistant Director of Human Resources to join the Human Resources Team!

This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Human Resources Management role, previously worked in a union environment and is bilingual. This position will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources.

As an Assistant Director of Human Resources, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
