Assistant Director of Property Operations

The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton is looking for an Assistant Director of Property Operations to join the team!

This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida. Our 30+ team members report to the Director of Property Operations.

The ideal candidate holds  5+ years as an Engineering Manager within hospitality. Strong background in HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing. Prior project management experience a plus!

Shift Pattern: Tuesday- Saturday (full availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)

What will I be doing?

As Assistant Director of Property Operations, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
