Assistant / Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is to support the Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales in driving the rooms revenue through management of existing accounts and development of new accounts and key markets.

Primary Responsibilities

To Achieve Rooms Revenue Budget and Individual Goal

• Actively participates in the preparation of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan and Room Revenue Budgets.
• Supports Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales in goals setting.
• Supports Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales to achieve rooms revenue budget and individual goals.
• Reviews and monitors room revenue, room nights and average rate performance of the accounts.
• Reviews groups booking pace in advance to help build base business for the hotel.
