Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Assistant Director of People & Culture at the iconic Fairmont Olympic Hotel supports a company culture of Respect, Belonging, Integrity, Empowerment and Excellence. Your ability to promote and inspire teamwork is essential to creating a positive environment and ensuring every space reflects the elegance and excellence of the Fairmont brand.
