We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality.

In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Steward and oversee a team consisting of approximately three supervisors and more than 55 union stewards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of stewarding management experience within a hotel environment, preferably of comparable size. Experience leading a unionized stewarding team is strongly preferred.

As the ideal candidate, you will:

• Have a solidified knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Have previous experience in a high-volume, professional atmosphere
• Have a detail-oriented approach to your work
• Have previous experience working in a time-sensitive atmosphere

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Executive Steward, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of stewarding operations to ensure designated food and beverage outlets have necessary supplies and equipment in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
