岗位职责
1.确保各方面的行政俱乐部的服务以顾客为目标,最大化的满足客人需求
2.在入住期间,监察和督促客户关系,提供个性化,温馨的服务
3.亲自接受宾客投诉及有效地及时处理
4.督促和保证所有优悦会会员能够享受所有的福利,回头客人和贵宾能够享受特别的待遇和服务
5.在贵宾到达前检查房间,亲自迎接贵宾
6.建立和实施客人电话联系的系统
7.根据当日预定报表提前检查贵宾的房间,欢迎物品和满足特别的要求
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历或同等文化程度
2.仪表端庄,热爱酒店工作,钻研业务,反应敏捷,善于交际
3.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务
4.熟悉前厅管理专业知识、市场销售知识和接待礼节礼仪;熟练运用电脑
