Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for assisting the Head of HR in implementing HR strategic planning and ensuring that HR management aligns with the hotel and corporate’s overall strategy. You will participate in the development and improvement of the hotel’s human resources policies, procedures, and regulations, and execute all aspects of HR management, including team member relations, labor dispute handling, and ensuring compliance with all HR activities. As an Assistant Human Resources Manager, you’re not just supporting the daily operations of the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
