Assistant Kids Club Manager

• Design and implement daily schedules of activities that are culturally enriching, creative, and age-appropriate
• Upervise the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and comply with international safety standards.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating the Kids Club team to deliver exceptional service with a “child-first” mindset.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, managing registrations, and handling any special requests or feedback with professional empathy.
• Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and health protocols. Ensure all staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.
• Manage inventory of supplies, track attendance data, and assist in budget monitoring for the department.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional international languages is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative flair for developing unique, high-end activities that go beyond standard babysitting.
• High energy, patient, nurturing, and a genuine passion for working with children. Must maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
• Ability to remain active, stand for long periods, and participate in outdoor and indoor physical activities with children.
