• Oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service excellence
• Manage and supervise the in-room dining team, including scheduling, training, performance management, and professional development
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with Fairmont standards and brand guidelines
• Monitor operational efficiency, including order accuracy, delivery times, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations across all in-room dining operations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine in-room dining menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal offerings
• Manage inventory levels, food costs, and portion control to optimise profitability whilst maintaining quality standards
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, implementing corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of food presentation, service standards, and room cleanliness
• Analyse operational data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and revenue enhancement
• Liaise with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations governing food and beverage service

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in food and beverage operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Proven experience managing in-room dining or room service operations in a luxury hospitality environment
• Diploma or certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations (FSSAI certification or equivalent)
