We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Kooddoo, Maldives. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in driving our establishment’s success. • Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
• Manage inventory, coordinate orders, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and minimize waste
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparently
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Participate actively in menu planning, development, and implementation of new culinary initiatives
• Assist in staff scheduling, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations to build a strong team
