About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.

About the role
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. The position of the Assistant Restaurant Manager is considered the management line of the restaurant. It provides an important link between the restaurant manager and non-management staff.

What you will do

• Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel. 采取及时的方式并且使用酒店最高标准，完成指示的所有准备工作和餐厅布置。
• Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standards. 根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。
• To supervise the execution of Restaurant events accordingly to guest’s desire and to insure the highest standards of food, beverage and service is offered. 根据客人的期望监督餐厅宴会的完成，并且确保提供的餐饮与服务是最高标准的。
• The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. 能够对酒店内发生的任何紧急或安全隐患做出恰当的反应。
• Great communication skills, able to effectively communicate with guests and follow up guest events or other guest dining requests. 良好的沟通能力，能够进行有效的和客人对接以及跟进宾客活动
