In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Yoshoku, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and overseeing 15 Front of House Team Members.
Find our Yoshoku restaurant through the Park Avenue entrance of the hotel, where an a la cart menu reinterprets traditional Japanese culinary practices through a contemporary lens. A refined Wagashi tea service will be available in the afternoon.

Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 – $80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
