About the role
All Day Dining Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the all-day dining Jardin. This includes ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services throughout breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner periods.
What you will do
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the all-day dining restaurant to ensure smooth service across all shifts.
Supervise and coordinate activities of the service team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence, handling complaints, and resolving any service issues promptly and professionally.
Implement and maintain service procedures and policies to ensure high standards are met consistently.
Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management to meet budgetary targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Support in organizing special promotions, theme nights, and events to drive outlet revenue.
Prepare daily reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest operational improvements.
