About the role:

We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Server who will be responsible for Serve guest needs by assisting the Lounge Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests.

What you will do

• Clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock service stations with chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware, silverware, and paper goods for service.
• Fill out requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
• Breakdown, clean and set up side stations and back of house areas.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Deliver food to guests.
• Assist servers in serving beverages.

What you bring

• Previous experience in similar position.
• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Must be flexible with schedule- Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills in English
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
• Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
