About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role
The Assistant Spa Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, smooth team coordination, and adherence to service standards. This role assists the Spa Manager in supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining operational excellence, and driving revenue through outstanding service and team performance.

What you will do

• Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring high-quality guest services.
• Supervise spa staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa products and equipment, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement spa promotions and programs.

What you bring 

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guest needs, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience in the spa.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand and move around for long periods, as well as perform tasks such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Knowledge of Spa Services: Familiarity with the spa’s offerings, enabling them to assist guests in making informed decisions about treatments or answering general questions.
• Hygiene Standards: Understands and follows strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
•  Flexibility: Willing to work shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by the spa’s schedule.
