Votre rôle :
En soutien direct de la Learning & Development Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le recrutement et le développement des talents, tout en veillant à promouvoir nos valeurs et notre Règle d’Or auprès de nos collaborateurs.

Vos missions principales :

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborer avec les Managers pour identifier les besoins et planifier les entretiens.
  • Rédiger et publier les annonces sur les canaux internes et externes.
  • Gérer les candidatures dans le respect des standards Four Seasons.
  • Participer activement à la création de contenu sur notre page LinkedIn.
  • Développer et entretenir les relations avec nos partenaires (écoles, centres de formation, agences, etc.).
  • Participer aux forums emploi, salons professionnels et visites dans les écoles hôtelières.
  • Organiser les journées de recrutement et soutenir les Managers lors des entretiens.
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer nos actions de recrutement.
  • Assurer le reporting et participer au travail d’analyse de nos KPIs.

Learning & Development

  • Participer à la construction et à l’’animation des différentes formations proposées en interne.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les organismes de formations extérieurs.
  • Promouvoir la culture Four Seasons et garantir la politique de « porte ouverte ».
  • Contribuer activement à la communication interne et à l’organisation d’événements RH (Staff Party, Monthly Celebration, Well-Being, etc.).
  • Assurer la diffusion des informations légales et internes.
  • Participer à la mise en avant des opportunités de mobilités internes.
  • Assister la Learning Manager dans le suivi des formations et projets de développement individuel.
