• Assist the F&B Director in overseeing daily restaurant, bar, banquet and in-room dining operations.
• Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
• Lead, motivate and coach F&B teams during daily operations.
• Maintain strong visibility on the floor and actively engage with guests.
• Support achievement of revenue, profitability and cost-control targets.
• Drive upselling and maximise F&B revenue opportunities.
• Monitor product quality, presentation and service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, food safety and Accor standards.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Front Office, Sales and other departments.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Assist with promotions, special events and F&B activations.
• Monitor stock, equipment and operational supplies.
• Support continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as F&B Manager when required.
